rye and coke zero is 5pm till bedtime except on holidays and weekends and days off and vacations and then its noon to bed time:o

I used to say it was when I wake up till I went to bed on holidays, weekends, vacations, days i'm not working, etc.... Today though is 100 days even that I have not had an alcoholic beverage of any kind...

I am in no way the guy to tell you to stop doing what your doing... And, I obviously can't or better yet won't preach to you cause I know what it's like... Shit, I still get it every day from smoking cigs and I can't stand it... But, if and when you are ready, i'll be here to help if you need it, and that goes for anyone! If a guy that did it every damn day for many years can stop for 100 days, anyone can... I don't plan on going back either... OK, don't want to get too deep here... enjoy!
