Boca Chica has a half dozen such places and most don't hang signs. The moto guys will give you the tour for a couple hundred pesos. They get bounties for bringing Gringos into these "clubs" and some of them have little cabanas on site. Most look like residences from the street.

Those places seem to shift around all the time, moving from house to house. It's that old Dominican thing where as soon as it looks like somebody is making some money the vultures descend and they either move their operation or get locked up. Places like the Playboy Club and the Candy Shop have been caught up in these "brothel raids" and it's big news and they close down and they pay off some pol's and cops and a few weeks or months later they open back up like nothing happened.
