Came back and was shitting my guts out. Finally ended up going to my primary doc and he gave me a couple of different antibiotics. I hate taking them so decided to do the Cipro only which seems to have restored some normalcy.

I'm almost convinced this is linked to the family thrown in jail for tax evasion. They were the main suppliers of alcoholic beverages to virtually all of the AI resorts.

Up to now it seems to be the common denominator.
