Así de loco como lo escuchan, ya que el presidente de esa nación africana, Yoweri Museveni, cree que esta práctica venida de extranjeros que llegan al país le está haciendo daño a la moral de sus conciudadanos.


“Permítame aprovechar esta oportunidad para advertir públicamente a nuestra gente sobre las prácticas incorrectas cometidas y promovidas por algunos de los forasteros”, comenzó diciendo.

“Uno de ellos es lo que llaman sexo oral. La boca es para comer, no para el sexo. Sabemos la dirección del sexo, sabemos dónde está el sexo” , añadió.

this reminds me of what a sex worker in colombia said to me once. i had stipulated gfe beforehand, she shows up and refuses oral on me. i called her on it, and she says, 'but i kiss my baby with this mouth'. similar thinking i guess that the human mouth is only good for one thing; not many as it is designed. uganda has a well known history of buffoons in power this dude is no different.
