Here is a long two part post on put on WSA. Wish I had read more on this site before I went. I know I made some mistakes, let me know so I don't make them again when I return in November.
Part I
I was in the DR from 8/12 to 8/19 and had a great time with no rip offs. I would like to thank the following individuals who made that possible. The whole thing is a blur of pleasure so I apologize if I ramble on. All I can give you guys is opinions and observations.
Palace John and the Sosua Palace - John is a hell of a guy and as far as I am concerned I will always stay at his place. The best advice he gave me was to not get so fucked up that you lose control of your shit. Any problems I had with the room I reported to his onsite manager Nelson and they were quickly resolved. Nelson speaks very good English and is a great tool to help negotiate and communicate with the chicas. If you see one you like he can also arrange for them to come back when you would like by calling them up.
The Palace is not a five star Hilton but I found the room to be clean, quiet and comfortable. There was no television but John would have provided one if I asked. I told him I did not want one because I felt this would give the chicas a reason to want to hang around after the act. To me this worked because several times as I was showing them the door they stopped and looked for the television. I told them I did not like TV and kept some books around and told them I only read.
The only problem we had were the occasional power outages and surges. During one of the nights a power surge cooked his water pump so we had no water in the morning. This problem was fixed in several hours which to me in a third world country was more than quick enough. The only way it bothered me was that my toda la noche chica was very hung over in the morning and got sick in the sink. I simply grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge, washed it down, gave her a few Advil’s and sent her back to bed. Next time I will bring Tucs or baby wipes to make things a little more comfortable if you know what I mean. I read some previous post about there being no ashtrays and I can tell you why: they get broken or the whores steal them. I promised John on my next visit I would bring a large quantity of the plastic ashtrays for him. I am sure these will get nicked over time but at least they will not be broken.
John’s Pal From The States - I am not going to name this guy as he is not in any way a internet person. To those who got to Sosua Palace you all know him, he is usually seen with a vodka and coke, Marlboro or a chica on his hands at all times. This gentleman provided me with advice on everything from reviews of various Palace chicas to pointing out pickpockets and helping me avoid them. He was a blast to party and monger with and is the most generous and giving person I have ever met. He showed me how to treat the onsite chicas nicely and when to order them around to get you a drink. I would go anywhere at anytime with this guy. I would hope to see him on every trip if scheduling permits.
Don Palillo - I met this man at The Palace and only spoke a few words with him. I told him a newby problem I had and he offered advice. My problem was that I had a chica follow me out of a bar whom I was speaking with but started to get a vibe she was bad news. I paid the bill and got up to leave to go to the bar down the street. I found one I liked and was starting to flirt when she showed up and sat down next to us. This freaked me out so I got up again and the bitch was following me down the street until I eventually lost her. Don told me to simply look them sternly in the eye and wave my index finger at them and tell them "no, no". Evidently this is serious sign that they understand as meaning to fuck off. Thanks again Don Palillo for this advice, it came in handy many times for controlling chicas trying to sponge things off me.
Gdoggatl - Nice having a few conversations and pointers from you. I wished our mongering schedules would have lined up so we could go hunting together. I hope we can in the future.
Frans Hals - I also like to have a passionate experience and conveyed this to the chicas in my craptacular Spanish. I believe they understood most of the time because that is what I usually got.
Init4ass - Many threads ago Init provided advice on how to keep your valuables secure and I followed this to the letter at all times. He advised to keep your bags locked at all times and this is what I did. I never kept anything out other than a few shirts hanging in the closet. Every time I had a chica in the room at anytime I took my safe key out, pulled all my pesos out of my pocket and put them in the safe and locked it. I then took my safe key, opened one my combination bag locks and placed the safe key in my bag and locked that. These locks can be purchased at Wal-Mart in a two pack for about five bucks. You can change the combination very easily to anything you want. One time I caught my regular toda la noche chica looking at the lock which showed the open combination. After she left I changed the combination on both locks even though I trusted her. Bottom line is she was still a street chica and is probably genetically encoded to steal if possible. This way if she was tempted I was still secure.
