COE warns the public

The Center for Emergency Operations (COE) has issued a warning to the public in response to reports of a high-pressure system developing over Cuba, which could make its way to the Dominican Republic. The warnings are in place for the next 24 to 36 hours. The DR is still recovering from the heavy rains that hit the country last week.
