El Doradao/An Argentine court Saturday rejected India's plea for the extradition of Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi, sought in connection with the Bofors corruption scandal. A disappointed Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is to appeal in Argentina's Supreme Court, but its officials are not hopeful.
