What is his target audience there?

When I was searching for video clips of bachata dancing I became aware bachata is big in Vietnam. How did that happen? It's unknown in the UK. Even the many trippers coming back from the AIs only know merengue and salsa.

There's a rather large DR community in Rotterdam/The Hague. Rotterdam has a nice LAtino disco. There will be plenty of audience :)
