Yeah, I noticed the eyebrows, but discounted that because they all do their eyebrows the same. Difference in tetas. Not the pronounced crease in the cheek when smiling - bottom more of a grin, but don't see the same crease at all in photo 1. The nose appears different to me.

No human on earth has the excatly same shape of their ears - the ears on these two pictures are so close a match (as possible to determine based on different angles) that the chances of two people with that elavated upper mid part of the ear in the same town are:

1) Related - gentically

or if not related

2) Highly unlikely

I don't see the ear resemblance.
The photos are taken at different angles, making it hard to tell, but, the ears look different, so do the teeth, the hairline, and the final test, was to ask other Dominican girls, and they said no, and so do I.
