The Inter American Development Bank (IDB) has disbursed RD$46 million in funds for the construction of water treatment plants in the Los Jardines and Los Rios areas of Santo Domingo. Santo Domingo Aqueduct and Sewer Corporation (CAASD) head Richard Martinez announced that the installations could be completed within the next few months.
