Guatemala, July 3 (RIA Novosti) Russian President Vladimir Putin met with the head of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in Guatemala Tuesday, a day before the IOC announces the host country for the 2014 Winter Olympics, a Kremlin spokesman said.
