Well I question the list's bias since they left off the only surviving wonder of the original 7 wonders of the world, the pyramids of Egypt.

I've seen three of these and Giza. The Taj was cool and Petra too. I'd have put in Angkor Wat before the Corcovado.

I agree Egypt’s pyramids should be in, as well as Angkor, the Greek Acropolis, etc, from a cultural point of view it’s impossible to reduce the main wonders of the world to just 7 – I think this is just an attempt to raise the public’s interest for historical sites, and it’s not meant to be the ultimate truth.
