Clinton will be accompanied by an entourage of 32 people, including 12 journalists. The former President will visit the Robert Reid Cabral Children's Hospital at 3pm and will then head to the Presidential Palace to meet with President Leonel Fernandez and First Lady Margarita Cedeno at 5pm.
