A New York man who used the Internet to promote sex tourism trips to the DR has been sentenced to 10 days community service and five years probation. Saeed Ahmed, 29, was charged for promoting prostitution through his company Jump Off Destinations. Diario Libre reports that Ahmed ran the company from his apartment in Washington Heights, New York and also used the popular website Craigslist to get clients.
