Brasilia, July 21 (Xinhua) Brazil's Civil Aviation Council (Conac) has announced new measures to reduce aircraft traffic at the Congonhas airport in Sao Paulo, days after 190 people died when an Airbus-320 crashed into a fuel station and exploded.
