Hey guys :)

Here are pictures of a cheap but delicious restaurant near the Intercontinental hotel.

If you stand in front of the hotel, then make a right and make a right on the very first open street that you see. Then walk pass Cisne, Elegante (or you can stop by if you want ;) ) and when you reach the intersection, the restaurtant is on your right.

The price is cheap. I ordered fried rice, spaghetti, a coke, and pork and it came out to around 250 to 300 pesos (I do not exactly remember).

There is a long line at lunch time. But you will wait no longer than five minutes. Inside of the restaurant there is a nice bakery shop. The cakes are good.

The restaurant opens its doors and windows so there is no A/C.

Hermanos Villar on the corner of Pasteur and Independencia. Good dominican food. . . .if you like Dominican Food. . .

Me I get KFC delivered on a moped when I want to eat cheap. Or I get a plate of pasta with garlic and olive oil at Hotel Senorial for like $140 pesos. . . .

When I was in SD a couple of weeks ago my buddy who lives there pointed out Casa de Modelo and said it was open.

Hey JD :)

Its open and I highly recommend the place. I have visited around seven places in Santo Domingo and in terms of looks, service, and price, this is the place!!!

The owner is a young Dominican guy. He has around 20 women at night. He charges 2,500 pesos for an all-nighter after midnight. If you go there, tell him that Chino told you about it and he will treat you extra nice!!!

After checking into the Intercontinental Hotel (Malecon area),

This restaurant does not have A/C. The windows are open.
The food is pretty good.
The picture below is what I ate with my friend.
The total came out to around 520 pesos.
This place also has a good bakery shop.
