JetBlue will add what it is calling a "Holiday Shuttle" between Boston and Santiago in the Dominican Republic. The carrier will fly one daily round-trip flight between the cities from Dec. 12 though Jan. 15. JetBlue's service will be the only nonstop option between the cities and will be JetBlue's 27th nonstop route from Boston. The Boston Herald says "JetBlue is targeting the large and growing population of native Dominicans who have settled in Massachusetts and New England." Flights from Boston leave at 11:10 p.m. and arrive in Santiago at 3:55 a.m. (all times local). Return flights leave Santiago at 4:50 a.m. and arrive in Boston at 7:50 a.m.
