new night club opening in pp

one of my customers came in yesterday and said he was going to the DR for several months.
as we got talking he opened up and said his uncle just retired and is opening up a new club in pp with girls and rooms on premise similar to franks and cyrstals only with canadian ownership and business practises.
putting in central air as he likes the cold lol and in house generator.
sounds like it will be upscale and with english speaking staff should be another alternative stops.
supposedly trying to get open for xmas.

by canadian business practises i didn't mean for any one to take offense to that remark.
all business's no matter canadian american dominican or others should attempt to;
as in my business
a) customer return is number one
keep the customer happy so he cums back and brings his friends.
b) provide a safe and pleasant place of business.
c) provide the personal touch so all customers think they are appreciated
d) don't over charge be fair but charge enough to improve the business and get a good roi.
e) provide a good receptionist/manager/ to meet and great and handle all problems/concerns etc.
f) most importantly have a good accountant to shelter your income and keep the business growing.
