Partly taken from another thread: Where can we go to find that sweet, spiny, caribbean lobster that's reasonably priced and not over-cooked? I've been looking for that restaurant/vendor/food stand for a long time!!

I know about hotel central in Charimicos, but i've had hit or miss experiences there. The lobster has always been great, just sometimes over-cooked.

My best lobster was at the Waterfront restaaurant. It was delicious. The place ain't cheap. At the end of the street past Verizon, by that small, secluded beach.

You probably are, but I do remember Tonto raving about the Waterfront in March. I guess it wouldn't count because the lobster is very PRICY!!

That must be the same waterfront I spent a week at in October. In April I went to the place somebody recommended from here,next to jose O'shays in Caberete.The dish was Paelle ,with shrimp ,sausage,lobsters{4} mussels and rice. Very delicious! It cost me 92.00$$!!!!!!!!!!!I got a 2600 peso bill and didn't think about it then.

Water front is always nice. aldo this spot in POP usually has a nice lobster also, reasonably priced, and give you plenty.

The same. I had a room there for a week.No fuckin tv!! Marco hooked it up for me. They got a bar in the back and a swimming pool .Never really stayed around ,I was out in the town.They are right on the beach. The owner has this dog that looks like a baboon.
