Guys,

First off, first post and I know that I will have to earn some respect, but that comes with time and actions, so give me a chance to prove myself.

I am looking to head down Dec 25 through Jan 8, and I just need a little advice on where to stay...I heard that "New Garden Hotel" is good, but I would like some advice.

I am coming down with a buddy and we are will listen to what you guys advise. If any of you are in the Toronto area, check out the site TERB.CA not promoting it, but if you guys need any info for hobbying in TO, I will be glad to hook you up.

so that is that, i am throwing it out there, just looking for advice on where to stay and will it be dead between 25-8?

After hearing some of your talk about Rio, I wanted to change my plans.

I have been a 3 times a year to vegas guy, I would like to hobby more and gamble less.

Yes there will be action. Start at Passions and hit the discos. No car will be required.

Welcome to the board! Back in 2003-04 I lived south of Detroit and visited TO quite a bit....the dollar was much stronger and had a great time exchanging my $$$. The eastern european women were my favorite and had my first greek experience (and second, third, etc...lol) everytime I went back.
The scene in DR is much different than in TO. You know what your getting into in Toronto. You read terb, get the low-down on who you want to see, you know what they offer, and off you go.....
In DR.....you actually hunt for the chica you want, you really don't know what they offer, and money is not exactly a given. All that said....DR rocks over TO in that just about every chica you see is available for sex. Stay at the New Garden....go to the beach during the day, check out Shark Bar, Rocky's, for dinner and hit Classico's, and Latino Club @ 11pm
During the daytime you need to stop by LaPassions. Peter is the owner and just tell him that you are a member of ISOC....won't get you a discount, but will give you some creditability and a conversation piece.
You pick out who you want to be with....do not let them pick you!!! A big mistake most newbies make. Learn the language or bring a wingman that can speak the language. If anything learn basic spanish....money, sex stuff...like you would know visiting terb....ask about bbbj, greek, cim, etc.
The casino has a disco and is a great place to go after hours. Rent a moto when you are there!!
Keep reading the board and comment when you feel. I enjoyed terb.ca and there was some great reads.....this is a great board and a lot of members want you to have a great time........welcome!!!

Welcome to the board. Youll be fine in the new garden and wont need ANY transportation everything is walking distance.

Sosua never is on vacation. Sure some chicas go home during the day of Christmas and a little before and after but there still will be plenty around to play with.

I'm sure you'll have a great time. If you dont speak decent spanish start learning the key phrases as it will help out immensely!
