I have read conflicting postings on Hotel Palacio. Is it chica friendly?

Yes it is Chica friendly...and a nice place to stay....my buddies and I stayed there last month.

I stayed there twice last year and it was definetly chica friendly then, great location.

Palacio is chica friendly, comfortable and on the upper end of nice as far as CZ hotels go.

Get the Senior Suite w/Jacuzzi and living room....huge space!

Hotel Palacio is located in El Conde. And there is no major casino in El Conde.
