Where is La Ramana airport in relationship to Sousa Beach/

La Romana is on the other side of the Island, almost the farthest you can get from Sosua and still be in the DR.

You can try Santo Domingo airport, Caribe Tours' buses are very nice and go from Santo Domingo to Sosua every hour from 7am-7pm. The costs is like less then 10 dollars and takes about 3-4 hours. Modern nice buses too.

I would have recommend the bus from La Romana but I checked Caribe Tours and they don't have service there.

La Romana is my kneck of the woods, and Don's right it's a far way off of Sosua.
