Added some stuff today, to keep us lean & mean!

-One signature per post, we don't need to see some maple leaf every other post forever. Especially with 200+ posts and people reading 50 per page!
-You must be 18 to register now, well at least say you are 18.

Just like Apos said:

New Posts = All unread posts since your last visit, it also divides them up.

new posts undread since last visit
unread but no new posts since last visit. (You can make all read under "Quick Links > Mark Forums Read" on the menu bar)
Today's Posts (under Quick Links) = all posts in the last 24 hours, read & unread.

Not sure what other searches you could be looking for. New Posts would be closest to "New Posts Since Last Visit" except for the additional "unread but no new additional posts..." which is divided in the search.

Also note unread posts stay unread until you read them or click "Quick Links > Mark Forums Read".
