The only %100 guest friendly Hotel w/o restrictions that I can recommend in the 3 weeks I was in the capital was the Hotel Naco & Casino located at Ave Tiradentes #22, Naco, Santo Domingo. Tel# (809) 562-3100, website www.hotelnaco.net.
