Uncle, just so you know EVERYTHING IS NEGOTIABLE... I've had agents start as hight as 220 for villas, and end at 140...

Try negotiating that, say you rent usually for XX price... They'll say they have to ask the owner, see if they bite... rather someone, than a vacancy...
