So far there are 4 guys staying for at least 10 nights and they are regulars so if you are a newbi planning a trip round these dates, you better make your reservation and get your deposit in. Any regular wanting a space will get any available room unheld by a deposit.
There are over 400 members on his Yahoo VIP site and at least 50 regulars.

The procedure is to arrange a $50 deposit per room with John via Western Union. There will be a hold put on a room and you will have ample time to get your deposit to him. Credit Cards are not accepted here.

There are many guys that like the Europa as well and they themselves have their regulars. The Europa only has 50 rooms and I would guess they have well over 100 regulars there as well. Always secure your room early with a deposit.
Dominican Billy is set to be up and running around the end of the year. I would guess he has a few 100 regulars that will stay with him.
