To get from the airport (POP) to Costambar, you can look at the directions and maps in this link.

You stay on the main road from the airport, pretty much all the way. It can get a little convoluted, but until you turn off on the road to Costambar (which is marked) you are essentially on the same road.

Blackbeards is on the road right next to the water and up the street from Costambar Beach.

Of course, you should look at the entire site while you're there.

FYI, cab fare from Sosua to BB is about $40US. You're better off walking to the highway and renting an entire Publico for less than half the price.
