Can anyone give me any info on this resort please?

I know it's an AI, but what is it like and how far from town? Is it like Casa Marina where for an additional charge chicas would be allowed, or not?

Reason I'm asking is that I can get a package there for very little more coin than airfare by itself. So am thinking of just staying there as a base (food n drinks included) and then staying numerous nights in town as well!
