They are not chica friendly in Rio. Unless you have paid for two persons.

In Rio no sweat. There are always termas. Crystal's has the "Spa" which is similiar.

In Rio, seriously my friends. Get an apartment. Fuck hotels. Maid service and the apartments are cheap. Near the beach. For termas use 4 X4 and Luoma. Others are happening downtown but do not know the names. Lots of sleaze places. Many taxi drivers can be relied on. They know the good places. Not all is a kick back.

I went by the STI Mariott last week. They're still doing construction on the place. It looks nice though, brought in palm trees to give it that tropical look. I imagine it will be very convenient for that Pasion, Illusion and airport run. The place has been under constuction for how many years now? I'll be surprized if it's finished by July!

I thought the construction started last year.

I thought the construction started last year.Yeah, it did. I'm just being sarcastic because it takes so long for all these construction projects to be completed down there. You always see all these unfinished projects around!

LOL - and just for the record, the Marriott in Rio:

JW Marriott Hotel Rio de Janeiro; Avenida Atlantica, 2600, Copacabana; Rio de Janeiro

does allow guests! It just costs $200+US per night to stay there. And the women have to be discreet and nice looking in the lobby, then its everything goes in the room.

If the Marriott is going to charge anywhere near that price then they can suck my hairy ass

There are hotel in Downtown Santiago just as good as the Marriott for less than half that price and is guest friendly

Yes, $200+USD in Rio. No way any hotel in DR could sustain that kind of pricing.

That would but a better price but still there are hotels in Downtown Santiago that are just as good and still lower than that price. But Marriott is definitely a welcomed addition to Santiago

I wonder if they will be strict with check in times. A lot of people from NYC take the red eye flight out there.

Marriotts in Thailand are GF, and in Brazil as has been mentioned before, so chances are this one will be GF too.

if you click on the Santiago info site you will see that they have safes in the rooms which is a good indication of a GF hotel
