If you are lucky, you might recoup your initial invesment in 15 years.
Ulysses has some sand for sale on eBay which might appreciate faster.

Nice place for a $75,000 hobby. There may be a few problems with the place.

1) Former owner ( partner ) was arrested for drugs

2) I believe it is next to a private school with connections

3) No street front action, tucked way in back making it look sleazy

4) For the $75,000 do you get the business and the property or do you get the business and a lease from the land owner

5) Very small bar in such a big open space. Did not feel comfortable when i was there

are you thinking the Tropicana, closed i think (or was for a long time), on pedro clisante down closer to the beach?

Flamingo is the old "strip joint" above 4 roses attached to the europa IIRC

I knew that. I figured those that know the place and would have something of value would also realise Beads meant the Tropicana. Flamingos was an overpriced shithole.

Tropicana was open sporadically 2 weeks ago.

I think you could eventually make a small fortune investing in this, as long as you start with a big fortune! :corky:

That was just the the last year or two. Earlier you could have a lot of fun there for a very reasonable price. Many good memories from the period 2002 to 2004.
