Hola ISOC amigos:

I'm close to my second trip to BBs/Sosua and am trying to get my plans all together. I guess I'm nervous now and beginning to over plan.

Anyway, I was wondering if any of our BBs vets could help me with these questions:

I was thinking of having BBs arrange my ride from POP. If I do this, I'll need to stop to change $$ and also stop at a pharmacy. Do you guys do this in Costambar or direct the driver to take you somewhere else?

Last time I was there I did not participate in a jacuzzi party. And i have never had a happy hour in my life. I am hoping to change all that this time around.

Then on to Sosua. . . and all I can think of is that picture of Elizabeth that EricS posted.

If you decide to have BBs send you a driver, ask the driver that you need change and a pharmacy before you go to BBs. The driver should take you to the main cambio spot in Puerto Plata. The pharmacy will probably be a couple of block from there as well.

I just stop in Costambar for pesos and pharmacia. Right after you pass thru the gate . . .

on the right is a small grocery store that I get pesos at and just across the street is a pharmacia . . .

As a last resort you can change $ and TCs at BBs itself but this is best avoided as they always give a (very) bad rate. They also do cialis and condoms if that is what you are looking for at the pharmacy.

I don't think the chicas are supposed to go in the jacuzzi without a guy so you shouldn't have any problem recruiting volunteers for that party. For something a little different try finding one that doesn't have a bikini and get her in her underwear (goes clingy and see through!).

The jacuzzi is the best thing about BBs, so try not to miss out this time!

WHEN are u going to bb i am also going down there in may and the last time u were there what room did u stay at - i am still trying to see if anyone has stayed at the penthouse

Last time I was at BBs I had a room on the second floor over looking the jacuzzi. It was the standard single, but very comfortable.

One reason I didn't get in the Jacuzzi was because there were a lot of chicas, but I didn't know how the money comes into play. Are you paying ST to every girl that starts hanging with you or are you just buying drinks?

You pay NOTHING for the chicas to hop in the tub ! !

It helps ALOT if you have a few buddies with you . . . 3 guys yell "jacuzzi" and a minimum of 6 chicas will hop in. Then it's up to you. We usually get a round or 2 each to keep the girls happy. Maybe a few hundred pesos worth of snacks.

They know that we are gonna grab at least one each for happy time.

You pay . .. but not much AND CERTAINLY not ST rate (unless ya take um ST)

The meter should only kick in, so to speak, once you are in the room, or the bed even. I've sometimes had a number of chicas in the room for a few beers but only got down to business with (and therefore only paid) one, or maybe two. You certainly don't pay them to go in the Jacuzzi and, if I were you, I would be wary of too many requests for drinks and/or food.

The jacuzzi is off the hook but i prefer to go late at night when everybody else is doing there thing. Happy Hours are cool especially with the right pair of chicas. I already know now who I am going to menage with when I go back in August and I plan to have both of them in the jaccuzzi. Most of the chicas at bbs go with the flow however there are a few who like to run a little game. I have no problem buying a couple beers for them every now and then. That's why I stock up on grande presidentes in the bedroom.

i had the penthouse suite for 5 days on my first trip. two beds, two tv's, stocked minibar with a little bar for serving drinks or just a place to lay your shit, a living room with a couch and chairs other living room stuff, and a nice bathroom. Great for happy hours. After falling asleep after one happy hour session, I woke up one of the girls I was with, picked her up and carried her into the second bed and formed voltron while the other girl was bagging z's. When we were done and I carried her back into other bed and went back to sleep. The next morning we all went and had breakfast. The shit was cool which is why I will be back there in August come hell or very mutherfuckin high water. I was in the jacuzzi suite for a couple of days when I was there last august but eventually had to switch my room because another cat had booked it before I did and I had to go to another room. The jaccuzi in the suite was ok (it takes too long to fill up), but I prefer the jacuzzi outside better. Both rooms are great if you prefer to have some space to do what you gotta do.:butt:

I too stayed in the penthouse. It was bigger than I needed but nice and NOT ridiculously expensive. It had a massive shower or wet room and was big enough to hold a small party. I think it would be excellent for 2 guys since there are 2 large beds in 2 bedrooms.
I would probably choose to stay in a standard room and spend the money on other activities. I do not think the personal jucuzzi is worth it because the larger outdoor jacuzzi is such great fun.

I liked the place alot! I was there on my first trip to the DR. The pool was nice and the jacuzzi was the best!! I haven't been in the penthouse suite yet, but the room I had suited me just fine. Nice in-room safe..not big enough for the laptop though, air con, tv with cable and a porn channel, nice tub, and a fridge that is stocked daily with beer, pop and water. Good spot for newbies with "set prices". Friendly staff and management, and good looking chicas. The only thing that got to me after awhile was the chicas constantly bugging me everytime I came out of my room...but that wasn't all that bad!! :)
