Few tourists will get here. It's in the Plaza de Cultura complex, behind the national library. Those few intrepid souls that do, will be treated to the superb cooking of the experienced chef that runs this fine restaurant. The goat is the best goat I had in Santo Domingo. The beer is as cold as cold gets.
