Tricom will invest

Telecommunications company Tricom has announced that it will invest RD$150 million in infrastructural upgrades. The company spent an estimated RD$100 million on upgrades in 2006 and 2007. Tricom VP Ryan Larrauri said that this year's expenditure would be focused on extending its broadband and wireless internet services.
