He should also do a normal menu at night too for people looking for more specific high quality foods like steaks and such. This is definitely gonna be good for so im not forced to eat before the places like Baileys and Maura Mai close.

He said by the 4th of July invasion the menu should be set and printed. He has a metal stand bolted outside the front door to display the menu. I am sure that on this site someone will have a picture of it up in 10 minutes.

Oh My Goodness Gracious, Is this for Real? I look more like a Dominican than an Italian. But damn, I like to eat some good food, and Baked Ziti is on the top of my list.

Last time I looked Baked Ziti is a large shaped pasta (elbow macaroni, made straight and larger) without ridges. If properly prepared it is baked in “red gravy”, not meat sauce. The “red gravy” is prepared on Sunday and will take mucho hours to slowly simmer (plum tomatoes!). Yes mozzarella cheese is used and also ricotta and freshly grated parmesan cheese. The final step is to bake it in the oven. Sit down at a large table with family members, a bottle of Italian red wine hidden under the table nearest the senior male member, break bread and you have a feast.
