Chavez and Kirchner in Santo Domingo

Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez and Argentina's president Cristina Kirchner have both announced their attendance at the Rio Group Summit Conference next week. The XX Summit of the Rio Group will be held in Santo Domingo with President Leonel Fernandez giving the keynote speech. The Rio Group will bring together the heads of state and the heads of governments from most South, Central and North American countries.
