I have turned on reputations!

Everyone is set at zero! Let's all start at the begining!
New users will start at zero too.

People have different "Rep Power" (reputation altering power) based on a variety of factors, this is the variable number added/subtracted to someone's reputation when they add reputation.

Rep Power Factors:

1 point for every 180 days you have been a member
1 point for every 2,000 posts
1 point for every 100 points of personal reputationLimits:

Must have at least 100 posts to add/subtract reputation
If you have negative reputation you cannot add/subtract
Maximum of 20 reputation clicks per day
Minimum of 30 users before clicking the same person againUsing Reputations:

Click on the Scale next to the post number to add/subtract from a person's reputation.
To see someone's reputation just hold you mouse over the square under their rep power.Reputations:

> - 101 User is a total asshole!
-100 User can only hope to improve
-10 User has a little shameless behaviour in the past
0 User is an unknown quantity at this point

In your case you are getting 5 points for your posts (1 per 2K) and 4 points for your membership time (1 per 180 days).

If you are going to have the rep power thing then it is only right to see why and who is boosting or slamming someone. The user should be able to see the replies as to why they are where they are. Like it was said earlier there are many haters on this board pretending to be cool.

I mean we can look up IP address and track them back to the source...you should be able to see who disagrees with your posts and who is add and subtracting from your rep.
