Folks another question for you. I am curious as to the difference
between the Hotel Europa and Plaza Sosua apartments. What is the
major difference between these properties? Does the Plaza Sosua have
security as well or are you on your own over there. I heard that
Plaza Sosua is across the street from Hotel Europa. Which of the two
would you recommend?

The difference between Europa and the Palace is that
europa doesn't allow chicas in your room with out ID and the
palace does. and as far as security is concerned, i
never stayed at europa. but the palace is very safe,
john the owner takes very good care of his customers.

dan good

something has changed in the last six weeks, Europa indeed
allows chicas. Security is very good. Difference between Europa and
Palace is that at the Palace, the girls are hanging around all of the
time. That is not permitted at Europa. Eurpoa is actually my
preference for several reasons but to each his own.

Hi Guys,

I just got back in T.O. after 2 weeks in Sosua scuba diving & *uff
diving too. I stayed at the Europa the time. It was a very secure
place & they have an electronic safe in the rooms. You can get 3
nights for $105 US and it is less for more nights (i forget the deal
exactly). Maid service, lots of channels, AC and actually the best
part (ironically enough) was that girls were not aloud to hang aroung
on theit own & had to be brought there and show their card etc in
order to get in with you. Trust me you don't need a hotel that has
girls "on site" in order to score big time in Sosua... Plenty of
quality chicas around & its the same deal for all of them.

The breakfast is ok at Europa but only 3 "meals" to choose from for
breakfast on the menu. Check out PJs or Rockys instead. Rockys has 50
sumthing selections for breakfast & is reasonably priced too. La Roco
is an upscale joint with better but pricier food.

Keep in mind that for a hotel (with your passport, visa, and id etc)
keep security in mind and don't skimp on the hotel. Who needs a
vacation with problems? I had a great time in Sosua. I think it would
be a great warm up for Thailand!!!

Hello All,

For 6 days at Europa i paid $197 US. It is usually $32
per day. Count on spending between 300 and 400 pecos
per day on food.

You will fly into Puerto Plata and will need $15 US to
get a taxi to Europa. It is a good hotel. I just
stayed there for 2 weeks and felt very secure there.

You guys are really lucky to be staying at the Europa. I just stayed
there for 2 weeks and it was a good place to stay. Check out the
meals at the restaurant too, its really great food. All the food is
really good down there.

Just outside the Europa you will see a little "stand" that is called
the Plaza Sosua and it is a good place to see the chicas that are
walking by too. Stay away from the chicks that are hanging out in
front of the seedier hotels cause they are all scammers (not that i
got burned or anything). Its just that you will have no trouble
meeting a nice chick in Sosua.

I really envy you guys going down there right now. I just got back
and being down there has really positively affected me & i am
thinking of asking for a leave of absence from work to go down for a
couple of months. Trust me, 2 weeks isn't enough to really enjoy the
place (especially if you scuba as much as i do anyway!).

Later & enjoy!

I stayed at the Europa most of the hotel photos that you see are
from the Europa but keep in mind that other than showering sleeping
and sex I was never there I was always at the Palace. Trust me you
cant beat the Palace specially if your going by yourself. So my
number one choice so far would be the Palace but after that you cant
go wrong with the Europa as you could basically leave the chica in
your room go and have breakfast come back and all yoru shit will
still be there because she cant leave until you accompany her to the
receptionist. When I was there I heard that the Palace website will
be ready soon. My advice is do not book your vacation until you see
it. The rooms at the Palace are better than the Europa as the Palace
is like a smll one bedroom apartment more so than a hotel but thats
not taking anything away from the Europa its nice. John if you can
hear me hurry up with the website pictures speak a thousand words.

It all depends. I'm a Europa guy because my preference is being
alone. JimmyDR loves the Palace and yes, I go over there to see
friends, including a special female. She comes back to Europa with
me. Distinguishing factor is I'm 51 years old. I'm still doing
great but the 2xs a day stuff is gone. Europa is mellower for me,
they're great people that run the place (other than the new German
bitch that has only been there a month or so, I do pretty much
whatever I want when I'm there, so its more of a matter of
lifestyle. And yes, John has done a great job over at the Palace.
Hell, I'll probably just buy myself a place and that will be my own
personal palace.

In love with a Dominicana but still like to walk the side strets.

Slippery (Sorry I didn't close the parentheses above).
