If you didn't know it the Santiago Reggaeton scene has an active web site giving you the news on concerts, top 20, etc. in the Dominican Republic.

Thanks Donald... This is very helpful info and much appreciated... Maybe you can help me find a concert during my trip from sept 17-21... I see something on the 17th but i think its just DJ's performing... You the best Donnie

I've been looking for a DR top 20 list. This is a great site. They even let you download the songs.

Always willing to help, actually been reading this site for a few months but never thought to include it. LOTS more info coming over the next few weeks.
