Going through Jet Blue don't you have to fly in at some akward hour, you arrive like 1:30 am or somthing?? At least that seamed to be the case when I checked their site. I'm not very fond of flying into Santiago either.

THere is a 6:30 AM flight daily in and a afternoon flight out, besides the 9:30PM flight in.

I don't mind the early flight to Santiago. I only wish I stayed there to experience the city. Jet Blue used to fly in to Santo Domingo but stopped sometime in March. I will email them to suggest flying into Puerto Plata. It will definitely help us. And business would skyrocket since so many of us from NYC stay north

Smash man... Just cause we like to fly to POP we dont fill up planes... For this slower season American Airlines cut the flight to POP airport... They now only fly from Friday to Monday i believe directly... Try to get flight #1797 on a tues wed or thursday and u cant... Ive been lookin for POP flights for August and its hard on certain days... and i will never fly to DR with layovers!

I checked them out two weeks ago and they were sold out. I paid $483 on American.

Atlanta needs Jetblue (or something). American was charging $700 for an August flight a couple of months ago. I thought I'd wait. It's now hovering around $850. That sucks. The only decent option we have here is Vacation Express.

I really like Santiago. Great restaurants and then relaxing in a cabana until the flight.

AS OF NOVEMBER 2nd, THE RETURN FLIGHT TO JFK WILL LEAVE STI AT 3:15am......... arrives JFK at 5:55am.

What the fuck!! You all know about the crazy arrival times of Jet Blue coming into STI from JFK right? Well now they're fucking up the return flight as well. As of now, it leaves STI around 3am and gets to JFK around 6am. This was good for some of us who wanted to make it to work without losing a day. But as of May 3rd, the return flight leaves at 6am, getting into JFK around 9am.

yea, American did away with the flight i always took, POP to Miami, Miami to Charlotte, 2 hour conection time. now the next flight back to Charlotte is at 6:00am the next mourning. that is a 12 hour lay over. and it is always $650.00

Fucking airlines, I can get flights to the DR for 500 bucks at certain times from here
