Hey guys. New to board but heard of it from pal from another board. Going to Sousa next month but in a drunken haste missed out on New Garden and am going to be at Wyndham Tangerine. Flying down from MIA for a quick strike,. From what I have read it looks like a $15 cab ride to town from Wyndham. Not looking to pull chica back to hotel. Getting in on a Saturday so I figure me and wingman will check in, have a few drinks and a bite to eat, and head to La Passion in the late afternoon.

Any advice for a newbie trip from you vets? Muchas Gracias.

When at Passions or any other place feel the chicas out. Do not jump at the 1st chica that grabs your balls. Buy a few you like a drink and let them vie for your attention. Make all deals upfront. As in BBBJCIM and so on.

Enjoy the scene in Cabarete @ least on the weekend, it's a nice change from Sosua, you can get from Cabarete to Sosua by "Publico" car or GuaGua for 20 or 30 Pesos. On the way back rent the entire car for 200 Pesos.

With a 2 minute walk from your hotel you will also find some action in the bars on the beach like Bambu and Onno's any night of the week. Not as aggressive as Sosua but plenty around.

Thanks guys. Me and my wingman land on a Saturday in the early afternoon, so we will probably do Sousa first (La Passion) before returning to hotel and checking out the Cabarete scene (Bambu and Onno's). Perhaps visit the casino. We depart the next afternoon. Like with Costa Rica, first trip is very quick. Next trip maybe I'll stay 2 nights.

Forgive me for asking, but I went through lots of threads on trip reports, hotels, clubs, etc. regarding Sousa last night. Am I correct in that the incall options in Sousa are basically La Passion and the nail parlors that offer the massage/bj? Doubt the Wyndham will be too pleased with us bringing back chicas and, given the distance from Sousa, don't think I really want to either.

Sosua is much different than Costa Rica. Mostly all freelance going back to your room.

From my experience, yes, Passions, and the (non-professional) massage parlors. (incall options) Another option is to pu a chica(s) and go to a cabana (inexpensive), and or get a room in town 40-50 bucks for the day/night.

Gentlemen, if you would be so kind as to answer two more of my questions (I have done what I consider due dilligence but am not that good with the search feature). Do I need to exchange enough US currency for DR currency to cover all my expenditures other than hotel? And what/how much are these "cabanas" referenced with regard to taking chicas for ST in Sousa?
Muchas gracias. Looking forward to my (alebit short) newbie trip.

Exchange US currency for sure at a cambio or use your ATM card and take out only what you need.

While in Sosua you can also rent out a hotel in town. Theres no cabanas per say but in Charamicos you could definitely find a cheap hotel to use for a short while. Theres a few of them around and the chicas even use them when they come to town to work on the weekends only.

They range from $7 to $100 for anywhere from 4 hours to all night.
