[DR1] Priority bills in Senate

With the unanimous vote of 18 Senators present, a resolution was passed giving priority status to 15 bills during this year's legislatures. According to a report in Diario Libre, the bills are (1) the Civil Procedure Code; (2) the political/administrative territorial organization bill; (3) the bill that creates a Ministry of Planning and Development; (4) a bill for planning and public investment; (5) the bill for collection efficiency; (6) one that creates the Integrated System for Financial Administration; (7) the new Code of Commerce; (8) a bill that establishes economic and budget autonomy for the Central Electoral Board; (9) a General Participation law; (10) a bill that creates the Program of Direct Aid for Agricultural Producers; (11) one that modifies the Organic Budget Law; (12) one that allows fuels to be mixed with 22% alcohol from sugar cane; and (13 to 15) bills that divides the San Pedro de Macoris Civil and Commercial Chamber and the Santiago Court of Appeals into different sections.
