arriving in SD 4/28/2008..a few ??'s

I have been to SD a few times now..I usually stay at the napolitano..

BUT..

I am considering staying at a different hotel..from the posts I have read the casino is closed at the napolitano..does anyone know if it has re-opened?? I used to enjoy gambling at the hotel casino when I was not "busy" in the room..and one trip I even picked up a girl from the casino that gave a fabulous hummer..

also I have been traveling lately with my laptop and I prefer to have wireless internet in my room..the only hotel I can find with this service is the marriott and the best rates I can get there is over $100 usd per night..I am considering hoteldiscovery if someone can confirm the wireless works in the rooms..

also from what I have read the prices for girls have increased dramatically...is it true some of the popular places are asking for 5000 pesos for TLN??

if the girl was HOT the most I used to pay was 2500 and give the girl an extra 500 when I was ready for her to leave..

and does anyone have any news on the MANSION?? does it still exist?? about 2 years ago I paid 3000 for TLN and the girl was worth every penny..it seemed to me the woman running the mansion kept her girls in line..

The casino is still closed. The old entrance is now a wall. You have to enter the hotel through the casino doors.

On Friday and Saturday, the live band (on the second floor) plays music until 2am. So I do not recommend this place for those who go to bed early.

I do not know if Hotel Discovery has wireless internet. But do NOT stay at the economic room (1,200 pesos per night). The room is smaller than my closet here in Boston. I felt like I was in a prison cell. lol :mrgreen:

Lapsus, The Girl's House, etc. charge 5,000 for TLN (if you pick up the girl from midnight) until the late morning.

But here is what I recommend.

Get her contact info. and meet her on a day that she does not work. these chicas work six days per week. Or if they have no client for the night, then they are free that night.

If you go to a casa without a cab driver, then the 5,000 is split between the chica and casa (2,500 each).

But if you go with a cab driver, then the chica gets only 1,500 (the cab driver gets 1,000 and the casa keeps the remaining 2,500).

When you two meet up, negotiate directly and screw the middleman (casa).

I have posted over 75 chicas with pictures and phone numbers in the Santo Domingo/Chica section. So if there is a chica that you like, just give her a buzz. :smile:

Damn you are the expert on the DR.
I ALWAYS stay with Jose at the Riazor BECAUSE its only 50 bucks a nights the actions is within a block either direction..The staff is GREAT..The Jag is accross the street where the casino is MOST EXCELLENT and I ALWAYS get FREE dealers after their shift and plenty of working girls hang there...also the street in front of the Riazor at night is LOADED with CHEAP 1000 - 1200 peso pussy every night beggin for a hook up.
Dont forget the restraunt next door is open 24/7 with great food and friendly staff as well.

The Discovery Hotel has wired internet access in the rooms and Cheeno is right about the size of the lower priced rooms. However, the suites are $80 ($72 if you pay cash) and are a good size with a mini-kitchen and seperate sitting area. There is a small pool on the suite floor as well. The location,near the Conde,is great as well.

I found out that they have a "limited" number of the weekend special rates ($69 USD plus 26% tax).

They have the special rate for this weekend and next weekend.
