I will be in Cofresi for week and would like to know if and where to find some willing chicas?

Your "easiest" venue would be Blackbeards in Costambar.
You could also try the "search function" on here"!
What have you been doing for Pussy since your join date of July 2004 Bro?

Another possibility is to take a guagua or publico to Imbert about 15 minutes south along the main carretera in the direction of Santiago. Small town with a few chica bars but scattered so you would need to hire a motoconcho at the bus stop to take you for a tour of them. The town is fairly dead until around 9.00pm, though.
I presume you are staying in an AI and cannot take chicas back with you? Luckily there are a zillion cabañas in your area.

I have actually rented an AI villa and I am welcome to bring overnight guests, for a charge of course.

If you have rented a villa and are willing to pay the guest charge (which is usually fairly sizable) I assume you are not short of bucks, so the Blackbeards option is the most time-efficient for you, with the advantage there are at least some chicas available from early morning on (more after dark though). I suppose you have rented a car as well? Give me a wave if you pass me on the highway bringing back a half-starved haitiana from Imbert on the back of a motoconcho.

Weyland,
sorry for the delay on this one. The cost of bringing in a guest is 30.00 USD which entitles them to AI as well. The location is right down the road from Ocean World Casino.
Does Black Beards have take out?
Thanks in advance for all your help.

You really should use the search function.
You will find the answer...
You know it's better to teach someone how to fish than giving him the fish!

The putas who hang at Blackbeards are self-employed and free to come and go as they please, with whom they please, so there is no salida (bar-fine). When they work on the premises they are obliged to charge not more than 1300/1500 pesos for short time (1-2 hours) and 2500 pesos for all-night but you will have to negotiate your own deal if you find one you like. They might want to charge you a bit more to go off the premises which is reasonable enough. But it may also depend on how quiet business is and/or how much they like you (age/looks/dress/dancing skills, etc).
If you are not a guest at BlackBeards you will get no help from the management there regarding chicas (which is obviously fair enough) so be ready to protect your own interests.
I can't afford Blackbeards putas as it is, without having to pay another 1000 pesos AI fee on top. Another downside of Blackbeards is they don't let outside taxis in to pick up fares as the local taxis operate a high price cartel. No problem if you have your own vehicle.
Next time forget the AI. Stay at Billy's in Puerto Plata and take home local girls for 1500 the night and no extras.
Now go away and learn to fish. :)

Don't worry, you will have a great time and you will count the days until your next trip. But make sure you take the opportunity to scope out some other dwelling places in Puerto Plata or Sosúa for your next trip.
Are you aware of DR1 for non-mongering information?

Try searching under "Cofresi" and see if anything useful re: restaurants, bars, discos, transport, etc, comes up. I would only look at posts within the last 12 months. Those things change fast in the DR. Other things never change (corruption, incompetence, the smell, and, fortunately, those Dominican asses).
