Almost impossible to not score. Go to the "305" on Independencia. It is 3-4 blocks west from Venezia and a little father from Jaguar. It's across from the Hermanos Villar Restaurant. When you go in, find the owner behind the bar (it will be either Ronnie or his cousin) and tell them Kevin from Miami sent you. They will take good care of you.

Never stayed in Boca Chica - don't like the vibe In SDQ, stay at Hotel Venezia ($45) on Ave. Independencia or Hotel Jaguar ($55) on Hermanos DeLigne. Both with easy walking distance of the casas and the casinos. Venezia is about 5-7 minutes from Zona Colonial and Jaguar about 10-15 minutes.
