    I agree, they do look nice and modern. Kind of rare to see renovations and upgrades in Sosua. Hopefully the owners will not pass the cost onto people renting the old rooms and they make their investment back off the renting of the new rooms. A bit of luxury and basic accomadations is a good investment strategy.

    with the jacuzzi, the rate is US$ 72.00 a night,
    including breakfast,

    Bidets? That's a little upscale for chicas that consider cleaning up to be "squating in the shower and throwing water on their chocha for one minute".

    Is management trying to go upscale to attract a more European clientle and less of "our kind"?
