The answer is anywhere! These chicas dye their hair.The Santiago area has women that filter in fro Mao- Velverde known for their light eyes -hair - and skin .Then to the other side you have Moca where their are a lot of college students.The main highway passes thru santiago to santa domingo ,and it is the 2nd largest city in the country. You need some spanish and some game.
