    hotel security

why dont more of the hotels do like some, and require the monger to escort the gal down to security to retrieve her ID?? no monger, no ID

requiring this would assure the guard that all was well, the appt went as expected (give or take), gal was not dashing out in the middle of the night with things that did not belong to her etc...

doing so would also put the word out on the street to not mess with the mongers staying at the (pick a name) hotel as the security did not put up with the bs they like to pull

i would think this would make a hotel stand out from another and be a reason to monger at that location

    Re: hotel security

Some guys prefer to escort the chicas to the gate, others like myself, prefer to stay in bed.

    Re: hotel security

U can give the guard a little propina, and tell him that she does not leave or get her id, without me, and im sure he would be more than happy to oblige. Security take their jobs very seriously, its like a prestige job for them (IMO). Even at like Hermans bar, the secuirty guy there who we hit up with just maybe 100 pesos, kept the riff raff chicas away from my friend Mike(another german) and I , like we were Vip or some shit. lol It was pretty freaking comical. So a little tip goes a long way.

So so true. A little propina will go a long way. Always tip the guys at el flow and they take great care of me and my party... place could be packed and they will create a table on the street for me and always keep an eye over my shoulder. Tips do wonders.

Just my opinion...get to know a few fellas in the calle, and buy em' a presidente every now and then, and they will keep you in good graces en la calle... just my opinion.

If a girl wants my stuff she will have to take the whole suit case. I keep a lock on the bag and the keys go into the safe. I like the combination safes. I don't put anything in the outside pockets. I don't even leave my toothpaste out. I sleep peacefully! I even like to see the cedula to see the real name. We are not the onl ones that use fake names. I remeber one chic asked her friend where she got her name from. That is before they realized that I speak spanish. I always act like my wingman speaks more than me.

    Sr Suerte,
You do know that any ZIPPER suitcase can be opened and closed back up without a trace of evidence with just a BIC pen in like under 30 seconds ??!!
So if you are in the shower, and she wants to go into your suitcase ,its not so hard to do at all.

That's IT! I am cuffing hoes to the bed now! Really I am not worried. That was nice to see though. You always have to make it harded for the thief. That is all we can do. Or get the girl to bathe me!
    Thanks.

    Laughing Re: hotel security

I am one of those guys who like the all night thing. In most case, I am offering the chica breakfast (or closer to lunch) before she leaves. In most cases, this means I will walking her down to security.

Having said that. everything of value stays locked in the safe including the room key if I have an electronic safe. If I do not have electronic safe, I will put the key away while the chica is showering. I can usually find a place well concealed and she most likely will wake me up if she was trying to ferret it out.

When I am staying at villa compound like Casa Linda, I always make it point to get to know the guards the first day that I am there. I will also drop off a few Cokes or Presidentes when I go through the gate. On the way in, slipping the guard on duty a few hundred pesos can be helpful.

So far, I have not had a problem with a chica trying slip out in the middle of the night. This may be because I do not pay until it is time to leave. It may also be the only thing left out are my clothes and shoes and if she is big enough to where them, I have chosen poorly.

This happened to me at El Flow. One time no room to sit down and I ordered a beer from that redish haired bartender and she didn't here me so the 3 ho's sitting together at the bar yelled at her then moved down giving me a seat. OK I asked for it. Then the old point at the grande that was empty and we have no money showing the empty coin purse lol they all smiled nice and said only one to share. Gotta be a sport for 90 pesos when they were so nice. Never tried to hit me again.

Another time a took a young lady ( I mean hoe) no table and that big sucker that stands on the corner by the speaker away from the bar on the East side got us a table. I had her tell him to let us know when one opened up and they put up one on the end toward Latinos side. 100 for him and a 50 for the waiter helping. Some young guy named Mago Magi or something with a funky hat did some card tricks for us at the table another 100. Bargain humor in my book.

    locks keep honest people honest

i would assume that many if not most people in the room service industry , bag handlers at the airport, etc...know this trick as well.

that all being said, somebody should teach the TSA how to do that. trip before last, i had my luggage locked with a TSA approve lock on one of the ancillary pockets on the suitcase. they cut the friggin thing off. nothing in the pouch escept for a book, just hung the lock there and locked it for the nuts of it. the lock on the main portion of the suitcase was still there, intact. go figure

    Re: hotel security

Believe it or not, this method was first exposed when those guys at JFK were caught stealing Cameras out of "locked " luggage, and supposedly noone could figure out how it was happening, and in such LARGE VOLUME, until a VIDEO finally caught it all . The one thief had like a production line on a conveyor going on.

Youre right, a lock is only to keep honest people honest, and sometimes its a deterrent to kids. it wont stop a real criminal.

It was always comical to watch those Steering wheel car cuff or CLUB commercials, and how they were built with some kind of "Vanadium steel" ? or some shit. Too bad the Steering wheel is made out of PLASTIC , LOL. A criminal can saw through it literally 5 seconds flat.
Its a joke to them, but millions were sold.
