I will be in sosua from Jan 14th - 22nd with my two wingmen . Already have flights and reservations at the NG. Let me know if you will be in town that week.

By the way....your twins had a great run down the stretch.

My tigers really choked. Hard to believe the lead they had a couple weeks ago.
It is nice for the baseball fans here to finally get in the playoffs again. Personally I only watch it if it is on in the bar and then only occasionally. I'm way more into football. I will be in Sosua and Santiago in January coming down I week before you but I will still be there so we can have a beer on the 14th. I think I am going to head to Santiago on Friday for the weekend before I leave so I can prowl there when it is quieter.

They also have a pool, and a bar on site, and it is much closer to the action than Cocos, as it is right across from the main pharmacy which is next door to the Texaco gas station, from my room I could see El Flow's. Plus parking on site and night security, and of course chica friendly. A real nice deal, the Administrator is a guy by the name of OBE and their numbers are (809) 571-2662/ (809) 571-4943. Website infor: www.hotel-don-antonio.com and e-mail: info@hotel-don-antonio.com

I like to invite a chica to swim in the pool before some "afternoon delight". Does the management of Don Antonio's have a problem with that?

try to get a room with A/C from the Canadian owner for $30 Count........he's willing to deal.......maybe he'll throw in a freebie Chica for an hour......lol

think we all be very interested to see how your stay there worked out Count.......two days would be a good test for the place......

if you got a A/C room and go down that path to the beach it should be a pretty relaxing stay mi think...........especially if you got a sexy chica...

so many conflicting stories on this place it's hard to know right from wrong........and that's even after personally checking out this place......
it's just one of those question mark places mi guess.........

Don't know about the rooms but the restaurant is great. Good food and great service. Only thing on the menu not up to snuff was the pizza.
Ah but I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now!

Re: Sosua Hotels/Resorts I visited last week w/pics

Just a quick note. The Colibri I found to be VERY nice, a great family place but was definitely a "Chica free zone" and pricier than my usual haunts such as "Rockies". Oddly Colibri seemed a pro Sanky environment for the "larger, older or plainer paler gal" -of which there seemed several, but hey its all good. This trip ended up with me at the Coco -had been there before... I just found what seems a new website: www.cocohotelcoco.com
Everything was as advertised, including price and good vibes always from staff. Very Chica friendly and I found out (accidentally) there is also a, "midnight special" - if they have an empty room and its late - okay we stumbled in, lead by my moto-concho at 200am, and got a "short stay" room for about $15 USD! So I stayed there for the duration of the trip. Older hotel, they have completed an addition, so looks like they have spent some serious change on repairs and upgrades, including a new water system, beds, wi-fi. There were a couple Chicas who were dazzling & solid "9's", they seemed to live there? Confirmed when I woke up early one morning and saw some GREAT spontaneous nude pool action... "Life is a box of chocolates says I", ahhh how to graciously say good bye to the previous nights "conquest"? "Hey Maria your moto move your ass moto here!" As usual I prefer expenditures on bars and chicas, a little casino action perhaps - but hey everyone is different. Incidentally chica number and quality were +good, tourists numbers low, the Coco it turns out was full, so I lucked in. Many other places seemed near empty....dunno? Ahhh Sosua, I will be returning over "ho,ho, season" - pun definitely intended! Enjoy it all boys - the whole place is a bargain - as long as I keep working anyway!

Tiger, I'll be at the NG fon 14-15 and then Wilfried told me there are no more rooms..Seabreeze was full so I have to get rooms at Rockys.. If anyone has any suggestions in hotels that might be remotely as good as NG and chica friendly please let me know..
I dunno anything about Rockys and how it works there.

Rocky's is very simple, and guest friendly.

I arrive at the NG on the 14th for a week. I will meet up with you before you check out. I have never been in Rocky's rooms but the location is excellent and it is chica friendly.

Is this Orchidee hotel on the same side of the street as New garden, and right on the bend (that was being constructed when I was there in August), or are you guys referring to a different hotel?

Its before that. on the same side. NG is #32, Orchidee is # 24, u cant miss it, its promoted as family friendly though, and the pool is very small I think.
the one under construction is new, and its a club or restaurant , theres another thread on that as well.

Another option he might consider depending on your budget and if you can do some heavy eating and drinking would be Sosua Bay Resort right there at the beach close to everything. My friends just go back from there and it is cheap now $85 for single but January is like $130 I checked because I got the guided tour in Oct. and it is real nice. They had restaurants like from 4 or 5 countries like asian, mexican, euro or something french maybe and Italian of course. This is not a whore hotel but that wouldn't stop me from booking for 2 which is $95 each if you had a novia there. Or in my case at $130 hell I can drink and eat that by dark. Just a thought.

probably runner up if you need a downtown location with a pool, safe, A/C and half decent room.......
it's $40US a night and it is Chica friendly..........I liked the place and there were quite a few US mongers staying there when I visited.....if I was on a a tight budget and couldn't get a room at the New Garden......then I wouldn't mind stayin at the SeaBreeze

Thanks. I was thinking about trying these places for a weekend stay. Good to have some insider information on other places besides NG, BB, & FOD.
