Isn't everything in walking distance around Sousa? Why not just walk place to place and walk the chica back? I'm guessing moto if you are drunk or want to get the ass back quickly?

I walked everywhere. It is a small town.
I've only been to Sosua once and I was on foot. I could get to everything pretty easily, however, my guess is you can see and do more with transpo. For instance, going to Cabarete and picking up chicas on the road. You can have a good time without a ride, as I did, but you can probably do alot more with one. I think I'm gonna have to do it at some point to get a beter understanding of the area. Sosua is kinda small so its good to be able to check out other areas as well.
Yeah, everything is basically in walking distance, but sometimes you want to explore other areas that are not reachable by walking. Plus you might want to see things that are not in tourist area. I haven't driven yet down there because of fear of me getting lost out there, but eventually I will.
Yea yea yea, walk, walk walk, but after chasing chicas from 8am until all hours of the night, my feet are hurting bad.Originally Posted by dmaberc

Yeah. If you stay long enough and walk daily, you'll need a motoconch at least once. If it's monsooning there (new word, I think), you'll become very familiar with them.Originally Posted by Jimmydr
I only use motos with the girls, cos they usually refuse to walk......
I had one chic walk in the rain with me from Classicos to my hotel. You're right though about chics not wanting to walk. I like babes that will walk if I want to walk. Those motoconchos get on my fuckin nerves sometimes. First, the dudes are always sweatin you for a ride. I ain't ridin on no dudes ass unless it is absolutely necessary. Also, they make too much fuckin noice late into the night when I'm chillin and about to crash or trying to get some rest.Originally Posted by jd_mine

I LOVE riding on those things . . . 2nd best ride at disney land 8)
Who me ? ? ?
nahhhh . . . move along, move along . . .
Nuhomet rule.... If it is past the Super Super I am taking a moto.
I love to walk, good exercise, and you can take a good look around as you do. Last trip, almost all my girls walked with me back to the hotel or casino, or beach. Much more enjoyable for me, and I could ask questions about things as we went. Best thing was holding Avatar's tits as we walked downhill, to keep them from bouncing around. She LOVED it!!
most of the time i walk... especially in the day time.... at night after a disco dacing and drinking all night at 4am you might wanna get back to the telly quickly... especially for under a buck!.... I kinda got the same deal as Nuhomet... After the Super Super... im conchin it!... especially at night when i have my chica girlfriend of the night with me!

I've never had a chica complain about walking from as far as DLatino to the Palace. I guess some do like to walk. But for late nights when you're leaving a club with a chica (and a raging boner), you gotta have a motoconch!
They walk from Caberete to Sosua.Originally Posted by gdogg

How much is a scooter? What are the drawbacks, is any?Originally Posted by furystudio

If you are renting a scooter for trips between the airport & Cabarette you should be fine but I wouldn't drive one in Puerto Plata.
I think it was $15 a day.The downside is when you drive to the club on your scooter and when you walk out of the club stumblin you have to get on a scooter and drive. After the first night I left the scooter at the europa and walked because I did not wanna get hurt in a 3rd world country. But during the day it was very cool.
