Want to publicly thank Prty2 for his help, it was appreciated.

However I ended up NOT going even though I was in SD this weekend.

I had planned to surprise my regular with VIP tickets, hopefully without losing 50% of my hearing, so on the drive down, whenever an Aventura track was on the radio, I dropped a few hints of how cool it may be see them in concert. She enthusiastically agreed.

On arriving in SD, large posters advertising the concert were everywhere, so I turned onto Tirandientes and ended up at the TicketExpress place, where I confessed I had reserved tickets and we were going to see Aventura.

All was going to plan, or so I thought.

When she realised the price was RD$12,000 for 2 tickets SHE absolutely refused to let me spend that much money.

What a girl!!!

We ended up seeing Avatar in 3D at Acropolis Mall and still got caught up in the post concert traffic.

Me and my friends had the terreno tickets to 1600 pesos, which was the medium priced tickets, and that was very good. An experience i realy wouldn't been without.
